1. Price changing and modification to its own discretion.
2. Cancel any order due to typographical error and/or incorrect price listing.

Control Security VEN will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or its components caused by the following:

1. Shipping or improper installation or maintenance
2. Shorted conection or components not installed or obtained from Control Security VEN.
3. Misuse and neglect.
4. Damage due to painted surfaces, physical abuse, liquids or any chemical exposure including oxidation or corrosion caused by exterior elements.
5. Inadequate electrical power surge
6. Any modification, repair or installation of parts by anyone other than a Control Security VEN authorized technical support personnel.
7. Other irregularities.

Our company offers technical support. Please contact our Technical Support Department before deciding to return a product.
Merchandise Return policy as follows:

1. Control Security VEN reserves the right not to replace product until the replacement is returned from Vendor.
2. All returns must be shipped prepaid by purchaser.
3. All replacements for returned merchandise will be shipped at purchaser expense.
4. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Control Security VEN’s discretion.
